Wikipedia is a free, self-governing project uncensored. However, the articles must be written in Russian literary language in an encyclopedic style. When communicating between themselves, they must use a mutually acceptable and, at least, non-offensive, forms of expression of their thoughts. Administrators have the right to limit access for participants who systematically violate the rules.
